1 Scope

This standard specifies the aircraft ground deicing, anti-icing fluids with non-Newtonian type of de-icing anti-icing fluid Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ type (hereinafter referred to as de-icing liquid) Technical requirements, quality assurance, packaging, labeling and storage requirements. This standard applies to the production and use of de-icing fluid.
