This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents"
drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 20806-2006 "Determination of Neutral Detergent Fiber (NDF) in Feed", and is consistent with GB/T 20806-2006
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Change the sample fineness requirements (see 4.4, 7.2 of the.2006 edition);
b) Added a pre-degreasing step (see 4.5.3);
c) Added "0.5g anhydrous sodium sulfite" for digestion (see 4.5.4);
d) Increased filter aid (see 4.5.5);
e) Changed the test data processing (see 4.6, 8.1 of the.2006 edition);
f) The filter bag method is added (see Chapter 5);
g) Increased calibration and dilution of thermostable α-amylase (see Appendix A).

3 Terms and Definitions
This document does not have terms and definitions that need to be defined.
4 Crucible method (arbitration method)
4.1 Principle
Digest and wash with thermostable α-amylase and neutral washing solution to remove easily digestible protein, lipid, sugar, starch and fruit in the sample.
After gluing, what remains is insoluble fiber residues, mainly vegetable raw material components such as cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin, and animal products.
Indigestible nitrogenous substances.
4.2 Reagents or materials
Unless otherwise specified, use only analytical grade reagents.
4.2.1 Water. GB/T 6682, Class III.
4.2.2 Anhydrous sodium sulfite (Na2SO3).
4.2.3 Acetone.
4.2.4 Hydrochloric acid solution (4mol/L). Measure 328mL of concentrated hydrochloric acid, dilute with water to 1000mL, and mix well.
4.2.5 Thermostable α-amylase solution. purchase thermostable α-amylase. Calibrate and test thermostable α-amylase according to Appendix A before use
Dilute to ensure that the diluted 2mL thermostable α-amylase solution can remove the starch in 0.5g raw corn flour. Diluted heat stable α-
The amylase solution is stored at 2°C~8°C, and the validity period is 5 days.
4.2.6 Neutral washing solution. Measure 500mL of water into a 1000mL beaker, add 18.6g of disodium edetate (C10H14
N2O8Na2 2H2O), 4.56g anhydrous disodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO4) and 6.81g sodium tetraborate (Na2B4O7 10H2O), heating
Dissolve, mix well, and place in a fume hood. Add 30g sodium dodecyl sulfate (C12H25NaO4S), dissolve and add 10mL triethylene diethylene disulfide
Alcohol (C6H14O4) to eliminate foam, add water to about 950mL, stir evenly, use concentrated hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH to 6.95~7.05, water
Dilute to 1000mL. Store at room temperature.
