This document replaces GB/T 20623-2006 “Emulsions for Architectural Coatings”. Compared with GB/T 20623-2006, except for the structural adjustment and
In addition to the logical changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The "Scope" has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2006 edition);
b) Added “Terms and Definitions” (see Chapter 3);
c) Added “Product Classification” (see Chapter 4);
d) Added "tensile strength", "elongation at break", "benzene content", "total content of benzene series", "semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOC)"
Content” and “Alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (APEO) total content” items, indicators and test methods (see Chapter 5 and Chapter 6);

1 Scope
This document specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, labeling and storage of emulsions for architectural coatings.
This document is applicable to film-forming adhesives in interior and exterior wall coatings of buildings, and is composed of styrene, acrylic acid and its esters, methacrylic acid and its esters.
An emulsion formed by emulsion polymerization of monomers such as esters, vinyl acetate and other olefins, with water as the dispersion medium.
