This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 20487-2006 "City Fire Risk Meteorological Grade". 1 Scope

This standard specifies the meteorological grade of urban fire insurance. This standard applies to the forecast and evaluation of meteorological grades for urban fire risks.

2 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 2.1 Urban fire insurance urbanfire-danger The probability of a fire and the extent of personal injury or property damage. 2.2 Urban fire danger weather index urbanfire-dangerweatherindex Meteorological conditions evaluation indicators closely related to urban fire insurance. 2.3 Daily maximum temperature dailymaximumairtemperature The highest value of air temperature in a day. 2.4 Daily minimum relative humidity dailyminimumrelativehumidity The lowest value of relative humidity in a day. 2.5 Daily maximum winddailymaximumwindforce The highest value of wind in a day. 2.6 Daily maximum wind speed dailymaximumwindspeed The maximum value of the average wind speed for 2 minutes in a day. 2.7 Continuous no precipitation days numberofconsecutivedayswithoutprecipitation The number of consecutive days without precipitation since the last precipitation day (day precipitation ≥ 0.1 mm). 2.8 Daily precipitation dailyprecipitationamount The depth of accumulation in the horizontal plane without precipitation, infiltration, and loss of precipitation within one day.
