part.
Introduction
By the end of 2023, my country's cumulative installed offshore wind power capacity will reach 36.5 million kW, ranking first in the world in terms of installed capacity.
Focus on building five 10 million kilowatt offshore wind power bases in Shandong Peninsula, Yangtze River Delta, southern Fujian, eastern Guangdong and Beibu Gulf, and promote a number of 1 million kilowatt heavy
The development of offshore wind power will be concentrated and contiguous, and the development trend of offshore wind power will be far-reaching and large-scale.
In order to further adapt to the new situation of offshore wind power friendly grid connection and ensure large-scale offshore wind power access to the power system
GB/T 19963 Technical Regulations for Wind Farm Access to Power System is proposed to be issued by two departments to ensure safe and stable operation and support the sustainable development of offshore wind power in my country.
Grouped into.
--- Part 1.Onshore wind power. The purpose is to clarify the planning, design, construction and operation stages of onshore wind farms to meet the needs of connecting to the grid.
Technical conditions required by the power system.
--- Part 2.Offshore wind power. The purpose is to clarify the requirements of offshore wind farms in the planning, design, construction and operation stages to meet the needs of connecting to the grid.
Technical conditions required by the power system.
This document focuses on the technical requirements for offshore wind power grid connection and clarifies the requirements for grid companies and power generation companies to connect offshore wind power to the power system.
Meet the technical requirements to ensure the safe and stable operation of power systems and offshore wind farms.
