This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 19883-2005 "Jelly".
The main changes of this standard compared with GB/T 19883-2005 are as follows.
--- Revised product classification (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the.2005 edition);
--- Revised the specification requirements (see 5.4, 5.4 of the.2005 edition);
--- Adjust the soluble solids index of the sippy jelly in Table 2 to "≥10.0 (g/100g)" (see 5.5, 5.5 of.2005);
--- Removed the requirements for sulfur dioxide residue in Table 3 (see 5.5 in.2005);
--- Modified the test method for soluble solids (see 6.5, 6.5 of.2005 edition);
--- Increased sampling requirements in the microbial limit test method (see 6.7);
--- Modified the labeling requirements (see 8.1, 8.1 of the.2005 edition).
