GB/T 19721 "Marine forecast and alarm release" is divided into three parts. - Part 1. Storm surge alarm release; - Part 2. Wave Forecast and Alert Release; Part 3. Sea ice forecast and warning release. This part is part 1 of GB/T 19721. This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This section replaces GB/T 19721.1-2005 "Marine Forecast and Alert Release Part 1. Storm Surge Forecast and Alert Release". versus GB/T 19721.1-2005 compared to the main changes are as follows. - Added "normative reference documents" (see Chapter 2); --- modified the definition of "storm surge" (see 3.1,.2005 version 2.1); - the definition of "storm surge" was deleted (see 2.2 of.2005); - modified the definition of "maximum storm surge" (see 2.3,.2005 edition 2.3); - the definition of "tropical cyclones" and "temperate weather systems" (see 3.4, 3.5); - the deletion of the "purpose", "the basic principles" (see Chapter 3, Chapter 4 of the.2005 edition); - modified the "grading" (see Chapter 4, 5.1 of.2005); - modified the alarm requirements (see Chapter 5, 5.2 of.2005); - "Publish", "Publish", "Archive" (see.2005, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, Chapter 6); - Removed the informative appendix "Storm surge alarm example (professional forecast)" (see Appendix A of the.2005 edition); - an increase in the "tide level" as an informative appendix (see Appendix A); - Removed the informative appendix "Storm surge emergency alert example (professional forecast)" (see Appendix B of the.2005 edition).
