Propolis sample is extracted with 85% ethanol aqueous solution, after ultrasonication, centrifugation, filtration and constant volume, it is determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometer or equipped with violet It was determined by liquid chromatograph with external detector and quantified by external standard method.

5 Reagents and Materials

In a measuring bottle, make up to volume with water. 5.8 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution. accurately pipette 1.0 mL of formic acid (5.3) into a 1000 mL volumetric flask, and dilute to volume with water. 5.9 0.1% formic acid-methanol solution. accurately pipette 1.0 mL of formic acid (5.3) into a 1000 mL volumetric flask, and dilute to volume with methanol (5.2). 5.10 1.0% acetic acid aqueous solution. accurately pipette 10 mL of acetic acid (5.4) into a 1000 mL volumetric flask, and dilute to volume with water.
