Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 19208-2008 "vulcanized rubber powder". Compared with GB/T 19208-2008, except for editorial changes The technical changes are as follows. --- Removed security warning words; --- Added and modified some normative references (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the.2008 edition); --- Added, modified and deleted some terms and definitions, and listed the terms and definitions in Chapter 3, no longer given in the form of an appendix (see (Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the.2008 edition, Appendix A); --- Reclassified vulcanized rubber powder (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the.2008 edition); --- Modified the technical requirements for particle size identification, sieve residue, and vulcanized rubber powder, and increased the technical requirements for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and toxic and hazardous substances (See Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the.2008 edition); --- Added "polyisoprene", "density" and "activation energy" test methods, and modified the content of other test methods (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the.2008 edition); --- Modified the "tensile strength, elongation at break" test formula and vulcanization time, increased vulcanization pressure requirements (see 6.14,.2008 Version 6.2.6); --- Added "type inspection", modified the requirements for factory inspection (see Chapter 7, Chapter 7 of the.2008 edition); --- Increased the "polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons" test method (see Appendix A).
