This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 19208-2008 "vulcanized rubber powder". Compared with GB/T 19208-2008, except for editorial changes
The technical changes are as follows.
--- Removed security warning words;
--- Added and modified some normative references (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the.2008 edition);
--- Added, modified and deleted some terms and definitions, and listed the terms and definitions in Chapter 3, no longer given in the form of an appendix (see
(Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the.2008 edition, Appendix A);
--- Reclassified vulcanized rubber powder (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the.2008 edition);
--- Modified the technical requirements for particle size identification, sieve residue, and vulcanized rubber powder, and increased the technical requirements for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and toxic and hazardous substances

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, and labeling of vulcanized rubber powder (abbreviated as rubber powder).
