This standard is based on the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine issued by Decree 78 of 2005, "geographical indication protection regulations" and
GB/T 17924 "General requirements for product standards geographical indication" to develop.
This standard replaces GB 19087-2003 "geographical origin of products Qingyuan mushrooms."
This standard compared with GB 19087-2003 main changes are as follows.
--- Standard attributes to the mandatory national standards recommended national standards;
--- According to the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine promulgated the "Provisions on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products", the standard name will be changed to "geographical indications
