This standard is based on the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine issued by Decree 78 of 2005, "geographical indication protection regulations" and
GB 17924-1999 "General requirements for geographical origin of products" to develop.
This standard replaces GB 18966-2003 "Yantai wine geographical origin of products."
This standard compared with GB 18966-2003 main changes are as follows.
--- Standard attributes to the mandatory national standards recommended national standards;
--- Revised and "geographical indication protection regulations" inconsistencies, all the "geographical origin" expressed amended to "geographical indications";
--- The category "still wine" to "still wines" (see Chapter 5);
--- According to GB 15037 "wine" was added citric acid, copper, methanol, benzoic acid, sorbic acid MRL, remove titratable acidity index
(See 6.4.2);
--- Fermented wines separate health requirements (see 6.4.3);
--- Table 4 total sugar, carbon dioxide indicator does not refer to GB/T 17204 and GB/T 15037, direct indicators in Table 4, and increase
Plus the three note (see 6.4.2);
--- Increased net content requirements (see 6.4.4);
--- Modify the health indicators (see 7.3);
