This standard replaces GB/T 18857-2008 "Technical Guidelines for Live Lines for Distribution Lines", compared with GB/T 18857-2008, mainly

Technical guidelines for live working on distribution lines
1 Scope
This standard specifies the general requirements, working system, operation mode and technology of live working of 10kV~35kV voltage grade distribution lines.
Requirements, testing and transportation of work tools, precautions for work and typical work items.
This standard is applicable to 10kV voltage grade distribution lines and altitudes of 1000m and below in altitudes up to 4500m and below.
Live maintenance and maintenance of distribution lines of 20kV~35kV voltage class. For live charging of 3kV and 6kV lines, refer to this standard.
Note. In view of the variety of electrical equipment in various places, the equipment layout on the pole is quite different, and there are many types of work items. Therefore, this standard is in the operation items and operation methods.
