This standard is based on "geographical indication protection regulations" and GB 17924-1999 "General requirements for geographical origin of products" to develop.
This standard replaces GB 18846-2002 "geographical origin of products Zhanhuadongzao."
This standard compared with GB 18846-2002 main changes are as follows.
--- The standard is mandatory to recommended;
--- According to the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine promulgated the "Provisions on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products", modify the name of the contents;
--- Modify the terms and definitions, to make it more accurate representation; and an increase in the definition of "crisp cooked period" (edition 4.7);
--- Modify the "seedling breeding" and "cultivation techniques" (Excerpts of 5.3, 5.4);
--- Adjust according to the actual production of the "quality level" in the "fruit weight" index (edition 5.6).
Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix.
