Foreword
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 18736-2002 "mineral admixture for high strength and high performance concrete".
This standard compared with GB/T 18736-2002 main technical changes are as follows.
- the addition of metakaolin mineral admixtures to the scope of this standard, "ground fly ash" to "fly ash" (see Chapter 1,.2002 Edition
Chapter 1);
- the definition of ground fly ash is removed, the definition of fly ash is increased (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of.2002);
--- increased the definition of metakaolin (see Chapter 3);
- the definition of granulated blast furnace slag, ground slag, silica fume, natural zeolite rock, ground natural zeolite, compound mineral admixture
2002 edition of chapter 3);
- modified the grading of ground slag, abolished the classification of fly ash, ground natural zeolite (see Chapter 4,.2002, Chapter 4);
- increased technical requirements for metakaolin mineral admixtures (see Chapter 5);
--- will be grinding slag, fly ash, grinding natural zeolite chloride control value from "≤ 0.02%" to "≤ 0.06%", the silica fume
The chloride ion control value is changed from "≤0.02%" to "≤0.10%" (see Chapter 5, Edition.2002, Chapter 5);
- a free calcium oxide test project with fly ash added (see Chapter 5);
--- The fineness test project has been added, and the fineness test items include the specific surface area and the 45 m square hole sieve (see Chapter 5);
- adjust the control value of the mineral admixture water requirement ratio (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of.2002);
- adjust the control value of the mineral admixture activity index (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of.2002);
- modified test methods for chloride ions (see Chapter 6, Chapter 2,.2002);
- modified the silica test method, abolished the.2002 version of Appendix A silica content analysis method (see Chapter 6,
2002, Chapter 6, Appendix A);
The method of measuring the specific surface area of the laser particle size analyzer was canceled. The specific surface area of the ground slag was determined according to GB/T 8074
(See Chapter 6, Chapter 2,.2002);
- an increase of 45 μm square hole sieve test method (see Chapter 6);
- modified test method for moisture content, added to Appendix B, "Method for determination of moisture content of mineral admixtures" (see Chapter 6, Appendix B,
2002, Chapter 6);
- Modification of the activity index test method (see Chapter 6, Appendix C,.2002, Chapter 6, Appendix C);
--- "pocket net weight of each bag shall not be less than 98% of the quality of the logo" to "pocket net weight of each bag shall not be less than the quality of the logo
99% "(see Chapter 8, Chapter 9,.2002).
