Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 18672-2002 "wolfberry (medlar)." Compared with GB/T 18672-2002, the major technological change
as follows.
--- Modify the standard name;
--- Modify the physical and chemical indicators project, adjust the index value of total sugars;
--- Deleted health indicators and related content;
--- Revised Appendix A step part of "preparing the sample solution," the determination;
--- Modify the entire contents of Appendix B.
This standard is proposed and managed by the State Forestry Administration.
This standard was drafted. the Ministry of Agriculture wolfberry Product Quality Supervision and Testing Center, Ningxia Light Industry Design and Research Institute, Institute of food fermentation,
Wolfberry Institute of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences, Ningxia Association for Standardization.

1 Scope
This standard defines the quality requirements of Chinese wolfberry, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.
This standard applies to dried, processed into various varieties of medlar ripe fruit.

3 Terms and Definitions
