This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 18611-2001 "simple test method for distillation of crude oil," compared with the GB/T 18611-2001, Technical
Changes are as follows.
--- Normative references removed GB/T 2538, an increase of GB/T 1884, GB/T 27867, SH/T 0604 (see para.
Chapter 2);
--- Increasing the content "when the corresponding pressure conditions may be issued is less than the desired temperature point lower pressure" (see Chapter 3);
--- Removed using common components and the corresponding nitrogen (see 2001 edition of Sections 4 and 5.8);

1 Scope
This standard specifies a simple test method for distillation of crude oil.
This standard applies to water content (mass fraction) of not more than 0.5% of the crude oil distillation at standard pressure equivalent to 500 ℃.

3 Methods Summary
Using a simple atmospheric distillation unit for crude oil, vacuum distillation and collect fractions. Boiling ranges for atmospheric distillation initial boiling point to
200 ℃; recommended as vacuum distillation Sec. the first at 1.33kPa pressure distillation to 287.3 ℃ (at standard pressure equivalent to 450 ℃);
The second is distilled at a pressure 0.266kPa to 290.4 ℃ (at standard pressure equivalent to 500 ℃). Also according to the actual need to set cutting
Temperature and pressure conditions in the corresponding release point when the desired temperature is less than the use of lower pressure.
4 Reagents and materials
