Introduction

GB/T 18233 "General Cable Cabling for Information Technology User Buildings" is to guide the design of general cable cabling systems in specific types of buildings. The compilation of GB/T 18233 is based on ISO /IEC 11801.According to ISO /IEC 11801, according to different building types and scenarios, GB/T 18233 is proposed to be composed of 6 parts. --- Part 1.General requirements. The purpose is to provide the design basis for the general cabling system of user buildings, and to provide a basis for the cabling system in specific places. 1 Scope

This document specifies the general requirements for other parts of GB/T 18233.The cabling systems specified in this document support a wide range of applications, including Voice, data, video, and power. This document states. a) The basic structure and configuration requirements of the cable wiring system in the building type specified in other parts of GB/T 18233; b) channel transmission performance and environmental performance requirements; c) link performance requirements; d) Support the backbone cabling reference implementation of other parts of GB/T 18233; e) component performance requirements, component and test method standards available where appropriate; f) Test procedures to verify that the cable transmission performance is consistent with the requirements specified in GB/T 18233 (all parts). Note. This document does not include specific compliance requirements.
