Introduction
In order to improve the standardization level of equipment graphic symbols in coal mine machinery technical documents, ensure the integrity of equipment graphic symbols in design, production, scientific research, teaching and other links.
In order to ensure the accurate transmission and sharing of information, GB/T 18024 "Graphical Symbols for Coal Mine Machinery Technical Documents" was specially formulated. GB/T 18024 consists of 7 parts
constitute.
--- Part 1.General. Establish the design principles and usage rules of graphic symbols for coal mining machinery technical documents, give the basic diagram of the equipment
Instructions for drawing graphic symbols and basic information symbols.
--- Part 2.Graphic symbols for supports and pillars at coal mining working faces. Specifies the graphic symbols for supports and pillars at coal mining working faces and their use
rule.
--- Part 3.Graphic symbols for mining machinery. Specifies the graphic symbols for mining machinery and their use rules.
--- Part 4.Graphic symbols for underground transport machinery. Specifies the graphic symbols for underground transport machinery and their use rules.
--- Part 5.Graphic symbols for lifting and ground production machinery. Specifies the graphic symbols for lifting and ground production machinery and their use rules.
--- Part 6.Graphic symbols for open-pit mining machinery. Specifies the graphic symbols for open-pit mining machinery and their use rules.
--- Part 7.Graphical symbols for compressors, ventilators and pumps. Specifies the graphic symbols for compressors, ventilators and pumps and their use rules.
GB/T 18024 has released two versions. GB/T 18024-2000 and GB/T 18024-2009.GB/T 18024-2009
It was drafted and formulated based on GB/T 1.1-2009 standard, which is more than ten years old.
With the upgrading of equipment, many new technologies and equipment have been widely used in coal mines, and some old equipment has been eliminated.
GB/T 18024 is based on the standard GB/T 1.1-2009, which has been revised to GB/T 1.1-2020.In view of this, it is necessary to revise the
GB/T 18024 has been improved to adapt to the new changes in relevant standards and the requirements of the coal industry's development over time, to ensure the timeliness and applicability of the standard.
Usability.
