Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 17196-1997 "connecting devices connected to the copper wire with flat quick connector security requirements", and
GB/T 17196-1997 compared to the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Chapter 1 Note 1, the connecting wire is modified from "wire other than aluminum wire" to "wire other than copper wire";
--- Chapter 1 removed the "standard does not apply to data circuits and signal circuits with flat quick connector";
--- The second chapter removed the reference standard IEC 60760. 1989;
--- Deleted GB/T 17196-1997 Chapter 4, while the chapter order was adjusted, as follows. The original Chapter 5 to 7
Chapter, the original Chapter 6 to Chapter 4, the original Chapter 7 to Chapter 5, the original Chapter 8 to Chapter 6, the original Chapter 9 to Chapter 8;
The order of the forms has been adjusted in the order of chapters;
--- Increase in the appropriate table 0.2mm2, 0.34mm2 corresponding to the test requirements;
--- 4.1 The end of the first group by the "nominal width of the packet grouping" to "according to the nominal width of the insert and the thickness is divided into different
size";
--- 4.2, the priority wire cross-sectional area increased by 0.2mm2, 0.34mm2;
--- Remove the North American AWG wire gauge corresponding form;
--- Added information appendix B;
--- Increased information appendix C;
--- Added information appendix D.
This standard uses the redrafted law to amend the use of IEC 61210..2010 "connecting device connected to the copper wire flat quick connector
Safety requirements. "
This standard and IEC 61210..2010 technical differences and the reasons are as follows.
--- On normative references, this standard made a technical difference with the adjustment to adapt to China's technical conditions, adjust the situation
Concentration reflected in the second chapter "Normative references", the specific adjustments are as follows.
● Equivalent to the international standard GB/T 9797-2005 replaced by ISO 1456..2009;
● Replaced ISO 2093. 1986 with International Standard GB/T 12599-2002 modified;
● Replace IEC 60352-2..2006 with GB/T 18290.2-2000 equivalent to the international standard.
--- In order to facilitate the test operation, 8.6 increased the wire and crimp part of the displacement of not more than 2mm requirements.
This standard made the following editorial changes.
--- According to the relevant provisions of GB/T 1.1, in Chapter 1, "Scope" added "This standard specifies the flat copper wire connection
The main characteristics of connecting terminals, signs and information, structure, mechanical properties, electrical performance and other technical requirements ";
--- Because of China's use of the SI system, this standard deleted IEC 61210..2010 in inch, North American AWG wire gauge phase
The relevant provisions, such as IEC 61210..2010 Note 5,4.1 Note 4.2 Note, 5.3 Note 4,6.3 Note 2,6.4 Note 8.1
Note 1 and note 3, note 8, note 8, Note 8.3, note 8.5, Note 3, note 8.6, and appendix D.

Connecting device connected to the copper wire flat quickly
Connect the terminal safety requirements
1 Scope
This standard specifies the main features, signs and data, structure, mechanical properties, electrical properties of the flat quick connect terminal for connecting copper conductors
Can, test and other technical requirements. This standard developed a uniform size, performance and test plan requirements.
This standard applies to non-insulated flat quick connect terminal, this terminal consists of a hole with a micro-concave latch buckle insert and a
Sleeve set of sleeve, as a device or component of the embedded components or monolithic components, or as a separate unit, the tab width of the nominal
2.8mm, 4.8mm, 6.3mm or 9.5mm.
The copper wire to which it is connected may be a soft wire or a hard stranded wire having a cross-sectional area of not more than 6 mm 2, or a cross-sectional area
Over 2.5mm2 hard single core wire. This standard does not apply to the end of the connecting aluminum wire connector.
These ends of the AC rated voltage does not exceed 1000V, the frequency does not exceed 1000Hz, or its DC rated voltage does not exceed 1500V;
The temperature limits meet the requirements of the materials used within the scope of this standard.
Note 1. If necessary, the ends of this standard may be used to connect wires made of materials other than copper.
Note 2. For safety, do not interchange non-standard flat quick connect terminals other than those in this standard with the scope of this standard.
Note 3. This standard does not apply to the sleeve with a positive locking mechanism.
Note 4. The flat quick-connect terminal within the scope of this standard is not by pulling the cable to disconnect the terminal.
