This standard replaces GB/T 16946-1997 "General Specification for Short-wave Single-sideband Communication Equipment" and GB/T 6933-1995 "Short-wave single-side

This standard is based on GB/T 16946-1997 and incorporates the contents of GB/T 6933-1995.
This standard is compared with GB/T 16946-1997 and GB/T 6933-1995, with the exception of editorial changes.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, and transport of short-wave single-sideband communication equipment.
Transmission and storage requirements.
This standard is applicable to all-solid-state shortwave single-sideband communication equipment for mobile communication or fixed communication on the ground, inland water or at sea (hereinafter referred to as
