1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements of the electronics industry with nitrogen gas, test methods and packaging, labeling, storage and security. This standard applies to cryogenic air extracted from the gaseous and liquid nitrogen, and nitrogen obtained by electrochemical methods.
