Foreword
This standard replaces GB/T 15801-1995 "pink bollworm investigation and forecast."
This standard and GB/T 15801-1995 compared to the main changes are as follows.
a) increasing the prediction method contents, by the name of "pink bollworm investigation and forecast" to "pink bollworm forecast technical specifications";
b) increase the "Terms and Definitions" section, which defines the pest flowers, emergence holes and so on;
c) increase the light trapping method adult content;
d) increasing the level of occurrence of quantitative indicators;
e) Added Appendix D pink bollworm mode report, B pink bollworm sex attractant effective component appendix;
f) Remove the cotton growing Survey;
g) of the original version of the nursery set up observation method has been adjusted;
h) flower and insect emergence holes and boll worms live several units of the original version of the survey area to a specific number of trees;

2 Terms and definitions
