Foreword
GB/T 15766 "Road motor vehicle light bulb" is divided into two parts.
- Part 1. Dimensions, optoelectronic performance requirements;
- Part 2. Performance requirements.
This part is part 2 of GB/T 15766.
This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This part replaces GB/T 15766.2-2007 "Road motor vehicle filament lamp performance requirements".
This part compared with GB/T 15766.2-2007, the main technical content changes as follows.
--- "The satisfactory operation of the lamp" in "3.7 and 3.8" is changed to "the performance of the lamp meets the requirements" (see 3.7 and 3. 8,.2007)
Of 3.7 and 3.8);
- "Satisfaction" of "4.6 and 6.6 and B.1" was replaced by "satisfactory" (see 4.6, 6.6 and B.1, pages 4.6, 6.6 and B.1);
- "Use" in the title of "F.5 and F.6" is changed to "Use and processing" and F.5 is added "You can use Appendix H (H.2 ~
H.10) as additional information or as a substitute for text information ", F.6 added" You can also use the appendix
H (H.2 ~ H.10) as additional information, or as an alternative to textual information "(see F.5 and F.6,.2007
F.5 and F.6);
- Added Appendix H (see Appendix H).
This part uses the re-drafting method to modify IEC 60810..2013 (version 3.2) "Road motor vehicle light bulb performance requirements".
This section has structural changes as compared to IEC 60810..2013.
--- modify 5.1 as paragraph;
The "note" in Table 3 is modified as paragraph;
--- "Note 1" in Table 4 is changed to paragraph, and "Note 2" is changed to "Note".
The technical differences between this section and IEC 60810..2013 are as follows.
--- on the normative reference documents, this part has made a technical differences in the adjustment to meet China's technical conditions, adjust the situation
The situation is reflected in Chapter 2, "Normative references", as follows.
Replace GB 60050 (845) with the GB/T 2900.65-2004 with international standard. 1987, GB/T 2900.65-
2004 is fully consistent with Section 845 of IEC 60050 (see Chapters 1 and 3);
Replace IEC 60068-2-6..1995 (see B.1) with GB/T 2423.10-2008 equivalent to the international standard;
--- LED light source in the automotive application is in a rapid development stage, the technology is not yet mature, the international standard changes are faster,
Not suitable for conversion to national standards. In addition GB 15766.2 and GB 15766.1 (refer to IEC 60809) supporting the use of, in
The current GB 15766.1 does not have the LED light source model loose-leaf, so GB 15766.2 should not contain LED related
content. Removed IEC 60810..2013 LED related content, the specific contents are as follows.

Road motor vehicle light bulb performance requirements
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 15766 applies to replaceable bulbs used in road motor vehicle headlamps, fog lamps and semaphores (filament bulbs
And discharge lights). Particularly applicable to the lamps listed in IEC 60809. This part also applies to other bulbs that fall within this section.
This part specifies the requirements and test methods for lamp life, luminous flux maintenance, torque strength, glass bulb strength and vibration and shock resistance.
law. In addition, the temperature limit, the maximum profile of the bulb and the maximum allowable voltage shock are given, as a design for lighting and electrical installations
guide.
For some of the requirements given in this section, refer to the data in the tables in this section. For the bulbs not listed in the table, the relevant data is made up of
Lamp manufacturer and distributor of responsibility.
These performance requirements are complementary to the basic requirements of IEC 60809. However, these performance requirements are not used by authorities
The type of product approved for the purpose.
Note 1. In different vocabularies and standards, different terms are used for "incandescentlamps" (GB/T 2900.65-2004 845-07-
04) and "dischargegelamp" (GB/T 2900.65 845-07-17). In this section, use the "filament lamp" (filament
lamp and "dischargegelamp". However, when writing only "lamp", only the two types of light bulbs are used, unless the context
Explain the light bulb used to represent another category.
Note 2. This part does not apply to luminaires.
