Foreword

This standard mainly with reference to the US military standard MIL-PRF-83671B "foam-packaging technology." This standard replaces GB/T 15718-1995 "Foam Packaging Materials." Compared to the main changes in "Foam Packaging Materials" This standard and GB/T 15718-1995 as follows. --- For other materials, characteristics and parameters of the project have been appropriate changes; --- Parameters of compressive strength, storage temperature range, the test pretreatment conditions were appropriate changes; --- Will adjust the content to identify the product to the requirements specified in clauses; --- In the "Requirements" clause to cancel the test sample quality requirements, the contents of which are incorporated in appropriate terms; --- Cancel the original standard requirements test rules; --- Altered the contents of the packaging, labeling, transportation and storage. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification of foamed packaging materials, technical requirements, test methods and so on. This standard applies to the polyurethane foam liquid foam-two (FIP) systems provided in the form.

3 Terms and Definitions
