Foreword
GB/T 15613 "turbines, storage pumps and pump turbine model acceptance tests" is divided into three parts.
GB/T 15613.1 Part 1. General requirements;
GB/T 15613.2 Part II. conventional hydraulic performance tests;
GB/T 15613.3 Part III. Additional performance test.
This section series of standards GB/T Part 315 613, which corresponds to IEC 60193.1999 "turbines, storage pumps and pump turbine
Machine Model Acceptance Test "in Chapter IV. This part of IEC 60193.1999 is not equivalent degree of consistency, the main differences are as follows.
--- According to GB/T 1.1-2000 requirements, and for writing the format has been modified;
. "" --- With a decimal point instead of a comma as the decimal point;
--- The Normative contents of the file have been adjusted, and the original IEC standard has a corresponding national standards herein are replaced;
Introductory phrase --- Chapter 3 of GB/T 1.1-2000 requirements had been revised;
--- In order to ensure the integrity of the standard IEC 60193 are summarized in Chapter 1 General Provisions related content, regulate the formation of Chapter 1, "scope", 2nd
Chapter "Normative references", Chapter 3, "Terms, definitions, symbols and units."
--- For reg structure has been appropriately adjusted, 4.1 and 4.2 content will be merged into Chapter 4, "conduct of the trial", together content from 4.3 to 4.8
Chapter 5, "Measurement methods and results."
--- Reason for power plant units in the actual operation of tail water level changes, increasing the pressure pulsation becomes empty coefficient of correlation test
content.
--- Draft Tube natural frequency of physical theories related complex, currently under investigation, it will be 5.1.7.4 "tail pipe water
The natural frequency of "out from the body, as Appendix A, as an information appendix.
For technical differences in terms of which they are involved in the margin of a single vertical line identified by. These techniques are given in Appendix C
List of differences and the reasons for the reference.
This section in Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C are informative appendix.
This part is proposed by the China Electrical Equipment Industrial Association.

Acceptance tests Part III. Additional performance test
1 Scope
1.1 Scope
This section applies to all types of impact and counter-turbine under laboratory conditions tested, storage pumps or water pumps
Turbines.
This section applies to the unit power greater than 10MW or greater than the nominal diameter of 3.3m corresponding to the prototype model. As will this section
Step provisions fully applicable to the unit power or smaller diameter turbine, in general, is not appropriate, but if the agreement between the recognition,
This section can also be used.
In this section, the term "turbine" includes for Turbines run the pump turbine, the term "pump" includes to a pump run
Pump turbine.
In addition to matters related to the trial must be outside, this section does not include matters purely commercial interests 1.
As long as structural or mechanical components does not affect the performance or the relationship model between model and prototype, this section involves neither mechanical details
Fine structure, does not involve the mechanical properties of the mechanical parts.
1.2 Purpose
The main purpose of this section is to assist performance data obtained through model-assisted performance tests can be used as a prototype design or prototype operation prediction
Guide lines.
This section also applies to the other purpose of the model tests, such as testing and comparison of research and development work.
If the model has been completed acceptance tests, field trials may be limited to index test (see GB/T 20043, Chapter 8)
2 Normative references
