This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 15289-1994 "digital storage oscilloscope General technical requirements and test methods."
This standard compared with GB/T 15289-1994, the main changes are as follows.
--- Fixed some of the terms noun, and adds three-dimensional digital oscilloscope channel coupling, high-resolution mode, fast mode waveform capture
