This standard replaces GB/T 15062-1994 "general purpose high temperature alloy pipe."
This standard compared with GB/T 15062-1994, the main changes are as follows.
--- Increased GH3044, GH3536, GH4163 and other three alloy grades chemical composition, mechanical properties, hardness test, flattening test
Test, flaring test, grain size, ultrasonic testing and intergranular corrosion and other content;
--- Increasing the ultrasonic testing requirements
Grain size requirements
Flaring test, hydraulic test and hardness requirements;
--- The diameter and wall thickness tolerance precision and advanced into ordinary precision;
--- Modify the provisions for chemical analysis and sampling methods;
--- For reinspection rules were modified to be more clear and specific.
