Foreword
GB/T 14999 "superalloys test methods" is divided into six parts.
--- Part 1. Portrait of macrostructure and defect acid leaching test;
--- Part 2. horizontal macrostructure and defect acid leaching test;
--- Part 3. longitudinal fracture test bars;
--- Part 4. Rolling superalloy strips the grain structure and a carbide distribution measurement;
--- Part 6. Wrought superalloys double the grain structure and a carbide distribution measurement method;
--- Part 7. high-temperature alloy castings grain size, dendrite arm spacing and a loose microscopic measurement method.
This section GB/T 14999 Part 1.
This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This Part replaces GB/T 14999.1-1994 "superalloy bars longitudinally low acid etch test method" and GB/T 14999.5-
1994 "superalloys low magnification, high power rating organization Standard Atlas" in Chapter 1, "superalloy bars for longitudinal grading atlas."
This section compared with the GB/T 14999.1-1994, the main changes are as follows.
--- Increase the "scope", "normative references", "Types and characteristics of defects and uneven organizations", "result representation", "check
Inspection report "and other technical content (see Chapter 1, Chapter 2, Section 3, Chapter 6 and Chapter 7);
--- Increasing the high-temperature alloy ingot, melt the technical content of the subject material, forging (rolling) or blank pieces of longitudinal low magnification inspection items (see 5.2, 5.3);
--- Increased macroscopic deformation superalloy grain size rating methodology and standards diagrams (see 5.3.1 and Figure B.1);
--- Increased coarse grain strips organization rating methodology and standards diagrams (see 5.3.2 and Figure B.2);
--- Increasing the fine grain carbide strips organization and a striped organization rating methodology and standards diagrams (see 5.3.3,5.3.4, and FIG.
B.3, Figure B.4);
--- Added "superalloy ingots longitudinal low magnification and defects typical picture" and "high temperature alloy melt picking, forging (rolling) or blank pieces
Longitudinal low magnification and defects typical picture "(see Appendix A and Appendix C);
--- Included in the GB/T 14999.5-1994 in Chapter 1, "superalloy bars longitudinal low magnification rating map", and re-repair
The words "standards diagrams and allowed defects typical picture" (see Appendix B, GB/T 14999.5-1994 of 1
chapter).

Introduction
This section gives a macroscopic deformation superalloy average grain size, coarse grain strips, strips of fine grain, a carbide strips rating organization Standard
Pictures, and high-temperature alloy ingots, picking melting, forging (rolling) or blank pieces of longitudinal low magnification and defects typical pictures.
This section as a recommended test method applies only to the longitudinal low magnification defect inspection and uneven organization of a two-dimensional plane (cross-section), it can not
Superalloy determine the subject of longitudinal low magnification defect and whether to accept or use the appropriate range.

1 Scope
This section GB/T 14999 specifies the superalloy longitudinal low magnification common defects and uneven tissue types and characteristics of the sample
Interception and preparation, inspection and evaluation of the results indicates methods, inspection reports.
This section applies to high-temperature alloy ingots, inspection longitudinal low magnification picking melting, forging (rolling) or blank pieces and defects. Other products Senate

3 Types and Characteristics of Common Defects and uneven organizations
Type and characteristics of the following common defects and uneven organizations described are applicable to this document.
3.1
Alien slag slaginclusion
Defects in the smelting and casting process into the alloy in the slag or refractories and other foreign material.
3.2
Iso-metallic inclusions nonmetalicinclusion
In the process of smelting and casting, the alloy material is not fully melted or mixed with different metals and the formation of defects. In the acid leaching test piece with the base color
Different organizations, with no fixed shape. There are some clear boundaries with the matrix organization, and some ill-defined.
3.3
Residual shrinkage residualshrinkage
Due to insufficient amount of alloy ingot cutting head, so that part of the residual shrinkage to the preform to form defects. In times of low alloy acid leaching transverse test pieces
The central portion of irregular voids or cracks; longitudinal tubular specimen was reduced; the longitudinal fracture, parts corresponding to residual shrinkage delamination.
In or near which is often accompanied by severe osteoporosis, inclusions (slag) and segregation.
3.4
Loose shrinkage
Since the organization is not sufficient feeding liquid alloy formed less dense defects. In times of low alloy acid leaching laterally central portion of the test piece was Diablo
Color dots and tiny pores; longitudinal fracture layered, fibrous. In loose gathered at more gas and inclusions.
3.5
Internal bubble internalairhole, internalbubbles
Due to the presence of large amounts of gas caused by the ESR process. On the alloy ingot transverse specimen low magnification bubble circular holes, longitudinal low
Times were on the test piece spindle hole, sometimes ranging from the length of the silkworm-shaped grooves, appearing at the bottom of ESR ingots; in forging, rolling transverse specimen low magnification
The flocks were irregular short "S" shape of fine cracks; at high magnification observation, the non-inclusion of cracks.
