Foreword
This standard replaces GB/T 14993-1994 "rotating member with high-temperature alloy hot-rolled bars."
This standard compared with GB/T 14993-1994, the main changes are as follows.
--- Increase "order content" chapter;
--- Minimum diameter alloy bars by 20mm, adjusted to 8mm, and a corresponding increase in the size of the allowable deviation regulations;
--- Increased content GH2150A, GH4133B alloy grades, chemical composition, mechanical properties, low magnification and so on;
--- Deleted the relevant content GH2302, GH4043 alloy grades, chemical composition, mechanical properties, low magnification and so on;
--- Remove the space dedicated GH2130 diameter 32mm material content;
--- Canceled smelting furnace method GH4033 alloy;
--- Increased vacuum induction furnace GH2130 alloy vacuum arc smelting method;
--- Increases the surface state of the light delivery vehicle;
--- Ultrasonic testing modified to press GB/T 4162-1991 standard and specifies the eligibility level;
--- Bars usually delivery length diameter hot rolled bars ≤45mm by "1500mm ~ 5000mm" changed to "1500mm ~
6000mm "; diameter > 45mm hot rolled bars by" 1000mm ~ 4000mm "changed to" 1000mm ~
6000mm ";
--- Surface quality appropriate modifications, delete the words "heat processing", adding "bar surface roughness should meet ultrasound
Inspection requirements ";
--- Added "special requirements" clause;
--- Added "Test methods" chapter;
--- On the "inspection rules" in a chapter of the larger changes to make it more clear and specific.
The standard proposed by China Iron and Steel Association.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Steel Standardization Technical Committee.
This standard was drafted. Dongbei Special Steel Group Co., Ltd. (Fushun), Metallurgical Industry Information Standards Institute.
The main drafters of this standard. Gu Qiang, Yang Yujun, DAI Qiang, Liu gem, Luan Yan.
This standard replaces the standards previously issued as follows.
--- GB n176-1982, GB/T 14993-1994.
Rotating parts with high-temperature alloy hot-rolled bars
1 Scope
This standard specifies the superalloy hot-rolled bars of size, shape, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate
Manual.
This standard applies to the manufacture of high temperature rotating parts with high-temperature alloy hot-rolled bars (hereinafter referred to as bars).
