Since the implementation of this standard replaces GB/T 14924.10-2001 "animal feed with the determination of amino acids."
The main technical differences between standard compared with GB/T 14924.10-2001 as follows.

This standard specifies the method for the experimental determination of amino acids in animal feed.
This standard applies to experimental animals such as mice, rats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, dogs and monkeys with feed and its raw materials in the determination of amino acids.

3 Determination
3.1 Determination of Amino Acid in Feed with
Performed in GB/T 18246-2000 or GB/T 5009.124 relevant provisions.
3.2 Determination of feed with tryptophan
3.2.1 The first method HPLC
According to GB/T 18246-2000 Appendix A "Tryptophan by RP-HPLC" regulations.
3.2.2 Method II fluorospectrophotometry
