Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 14699.1-2005 "Feed Sampling". Compared with GB/T 14699.1-2005, except for structural adjustment and editing In addition to sexual changes, the main technical changes are as follows. ---Changed the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2005 edition); ---Changed the requirements for representative sampling and selective sampling (see 4.1 and 4.2, 3.1 and 3.2 of the.2005 version); ---Changed some requirements for solid product sampling tools (see 5.2.1.1.1 and 5.2.1.2, 6.2.1.1 and 6.2.2 of the.2005 version); ---Changed the requirements for batch size, total sample size and laboratory sample size (see 6.5, 8.3 of the.2005 version); ---Changed the sample number requirements for cereals, oilseeds, beans and granular products (bagged products) [see 7.1.3b)1),.2005 edition of 8.4.3a)]; ---Changed the sample size of cereals, oilseeds, beans and granular products (see Table 4, Table 4 of the.2005 version); --- Added some sampling procedures for cereals, oilseeds, beans and granular products (bulk products) (see 7.1.5.2); ---Changed some sampling procedures for cereals, oilseeds, beans and granular products (bagged products) (see 7.1.5.3,.2005 edition 8.4.5.3); ---Changed some requirements for laboratory sample preparation of cereals, oilseeds, legumes and granular products (see 7.1.6,.2005 edition 8.4.6); ---Change mineral additives to mineral feed ingredients [see 7.2.1d),.2005 version of 8.5.1d)]; ---Change compound feed to compound feed, concentrated feed, and concentrate supplement [see 7.2.1e),.2005 version of 8.5.1e)]; ---Changed the names of some organic compounds in feed additives and deleted "drugs and pharmaceutical preparations" [see 7.2.1f)1),.2005 8.5.1f)1)]; --- Added enzyme preparations and microbial preparations not intended for microbial detection [see 7.2.1f)3)]; --- Changed the determination of batch sizes for powdered products and roughage (see 7.2.2 and 7.3.2, 8.5.2 and 8.6.2 of the.2005 version); --- Changed the requirements for the minimum number of samples in the roughage sampling procedure for stacks, silos, silage products and bales. (See 7.3.5.3, 7.3.5.4, 8.6.5.3, 8.6.5.4 of the.2005 edition); --- Added requirements for the minimum number of samples for product sampling during transportation in the roughage sampling procedure (see 7.3.5.5); ---Changed some sampling procedures for licking bricks and licking block products (see 7.4.5, 8.7.5 of the.2005 version); ---Changed some requirements for the minimum number of samples for liquid products (bulk products) (see Table 9,.2005 version of Table 9); ---Changed some sampling procedures for liquid products (see 7.5.5, 8.8.5 of the.2005 version); ---Changed some requirements for laboratory sample preparation of liquid products (see 7.5.6, 8.8.6 of the.2005 version); ---Changed some sampling procedures for semi-liquid (semi-solid) products (see 7.6.5, 8.9.5 of the.2005 version); ---Changed some requirements for laboratory sample preparation of semi-liquid (semi-solid) products (see 7.6.6, 8.9.6 of the.2005 version); ---Added some requirements for sample packaging (see 8.1); ---Changed the requirements for sample composition in laboratory sample information [see 8.2e),.2005 version of 9.2e)]; --- Added requirements for transportation and storage in laboratory sample information [see 8.2g)]; ---Changed the requirements for sending laboratory samples (see 8.3, 9.3 of the.2005 version). This document has been modified to adopt ISO 6497.2002 "Animal Feed Sampling". Compared with ISO 6497.2002, this document has many structural adjustments. Comparison list of structure number changes between the two files See Appendix A. The technical differences between this document and ISO 6497.2002 and their reasons are as follows. ---Changed the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of ISO 6497.2002), clarified the feed types, and harmonized with domestic feed standards Adjustment makes it easier for document users to understand and apply; ---Changed the requirements for sampling personnel (see 6.1, Chapter 4 of ISO 6497.2002), in line with the actual situation of my country's feed industry; --- Added requirements for product identification before sampling and that the packaging should be intact during the inspection process (see 6.3), in line with the actual situation of my country's feed industry actual situation; ---The classification of solid feed has been deleted [see 8.2a) and 8.2b) of ISO 6497.2002], which is in line with the actual situation of my country's feed industry; ---Changed some product examples in the sampling of powdered products (see 7.2.1, 8.5.1 of ISO 6497.2002), in line with my country's feed laws Consistent regulations; --- Changed the requirements for the minimum number of samples for stacking, silage cellars, products in silage piles and product bales (see 7.3.5.3, 7.3.5.4, 8.6.5.3, 8.6.5.4 of ISO 6497.2002), consistent with the context; --- Added requirements for the minimum number of samples for product sampling during handling (see 7.3.5.5), consistent with the context; ---Changed some requirements for the preparation of laboratory samples (see 7.3.6, 8.6.5.6 of ISO 6497.2002), in line with my country's feed industry The actual situation of the industry; ---Added laboratory sample information identification (see 8.2), and added requirements for samples that need to be refrigerated or frozen for transportation and storage; ---Deleted some requirements for the storage of laboratory samples (see 9.4 of ISO 6497.2002), and the storage time is determined by the actual situation. 1 Scope

This document describes methods for sampling feed during quality control activities for commercial, technical and legal purposes. This document applies to compound feeds, concentrated feeds, concentrate supplements, additive premixed feeds, feed additives and feed raw materials. sampling. This document does not apply to pet food, nor does it apply to sampling for microbiological testing purposes. This document stipulates different sampling conditions and requirements for feeds with different physical properties, which contain non-uniformly distributed toxic and harmful substances. See Appendix B for the sampling of feed containing toxic substances (mycotoxins, castor seed shells or toxic seeds, etc.). Note. For the sampling of certain types of feeds that have been stipulated in international standards or national standards, see GB/T 5524, GB/T 10360, ISO 707.2008, ISO 7002. 1986, ISO 21294.2017, ISO 24333.2009.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 deliverable consignment A general term for a specific quantity of feed provided, sent or received at one time. Note. The deliverable may consist of one or more batches of feed (see 3.2). 3.2 batch lot batch A general term for a certain quantity of deliverables that assumes consistent characteristics. Note. The consistency of characteristics mostly comes from products provided by a single manufacturer, and the manufacturer always uses the same production process, production is stable, and individual characteristics comply with Follows a normal distribution or is approximately a normal distribution (please note that special circumstances may cause distribution details to change). Therefore, the word "batch" in this document Refers to the "inspection batch", that is, a certain amount of deliverables from which samples are taken and used for inspection, which may be different from the concept of "batch" in the transportation link. 3.3 Sample increment A sample taken from a certain point in the same batch of products. 3.4 total sample bulksample A sample obtained by combining and mixing all samples taken from the same batch of products. Note. A collection of samples that are collected for separate investigation and have obviously (identifiable) different sub-samples is expressed as "total sample". 3.5 reducedsample A representative partial sample obtained by continuously dividing or reducing the total sample, and its mass or volume is approximately the same as the total laboratory sample.
