Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 14527-2007 "Composite Damping Vibration Isolator and Compound Damper", compared with GB/T 14527-2007, except
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The normative references have been changed (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the.2007 edition);
b) Delete the provisions related to airborne (see 4.1 in the.2007 edition);
c) The main dimensions of the intensive composite damping vibration isolator have been increased (see Table 3);
d) The basic parameters of the intensive composite damping isolator have been added (see Table 4);
e) Deleted the impact transmission rate (see 5.4.4 and 6.12 in the.2007 edition);
f) The installation requirements for vibration isolators have been changed (see 5.4.4, 5.4.6 of the.2007 edition);
g) The selection requirements for vibration isolators have been added (see 5.4.4);
h) The requirements of the test conditions are changed (6.1.2, 6.1.2 of the.2007 edition);
i) The description of the maximum service life of the vibration isolator has been changed (see 8.2.5, 8.2.5 of the.2007 edition).

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 2298 apply to this document.
3.1
Compound damping
The damping state of the combination of two different types of damping in the same vibration isolation and anti-impact component.
3.2
Resonancepeak-free
An elastic system composed of a vibration isolator with a predetermined nonlinear damping and a rigid load, the transmission rate of the system is not large under the specified vibration level
The phenomenon of 1.5.
3.3
Frequencyonlyjustoutoflock-in
The frequency at which the non-resonant peak vibration isolation system changes from a locked rigid state to an elastic state under a certain vibration magnitude.
3.4
Vibration transmissivity
When a vibration system is excited, the ratio of the output (force, displacement, velocity or acceleration) of the system to the input of the same dimension.
