This standard replaces GB/T 14363-1993 "Diesel oil consumption measurement method."
This standard and GB/T 14363-1993 compared to the main changes are as follows.
--- Oil consumed was determined by the power and speed according to GB/T 6072.1-2000 relevant regulations were modified;

3 Technical requirements
3.1 Standard reference conditions
Diesel oil is consumed during the measurement, the following criteria should be used to baseline conditions.
