Summary This standard specifies the vibration and shock sensor calibration methods, including sensitivity and other characteristics of the measuring method. This section recommends a absolute calibration method is preferred method (see 5. 2. 1), also presented a comparison of vibration and shock sensor calibration method (see 5. 3), more detailed oblique references see GB/T 13823 Part 2 to part 18 and ISO 5347 19 to 23 parts. This section applies to a continuous readout line motion acceleration, velocity and displacement sensor calibration, and suggests preferred method, this method has been shown to give reliable and reproducible results. This section does not apply to rotary sensor calibration.
