This standard replaces GB/T 13563-1992 "drum car speedometer testing station."
This standard compared with GB/T 13563-1992 main changes are as follows.
--- Increasing the terms and definitions;
--- Deleting the original table structure diagram speed standard;
--- Modify the division series rated bearer quality (see 4.1.1);
--- Modify the speed range requirements (see 5.1.1);
--- Modify the cylinder diameter requirements (see 5.1.2);
