Foreword
This standard replaces GB 13395-1992 "electrical equipment water cleaning procedures."
This standard compared with GB 13395-1992 standard, mainly modify the following aspects.
--- Given the current water treatment process than in the past has been greatly improved, from a security point of view, flushing conditions rinse water resistivity
Requirements were modified;
--- Based on these years of successful experience in the relevant units of the actual water cleaning work, increasing the specific method of washing equipment;
--- Flush test tool adds wash tool test.
Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix.
The standard proposed by China Electricity Council.
This standard by the National Standardization Technical Committee work and live under the jurisdiction responsible for the interpretation.
