This document replaces GB/T 13212-1991 "Canned water chestnuts in water", compared with GB/T 13212-1991, except for structural adjustment and editing
In addition to the sexual changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Changed terms and definitions (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the.1991 edition);

This document specifies the code, requirements, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of canned water chestnuts, gives the product classification, describes the
experiment method.
This document is applicable to canned food made of water chestnuts as raw material after pretreatment, canning, adding soup, sealing, sterilization and cooling.
