2 Normative references
The following documents for the application of this document is essential. For dated references, only the dated edition applies to this article
Member. For undated references, the latest edition (including any amendments) applies to this document.
GB/T 6682-2008 analytical laboratory use specifications and test methods
Principle 3
Samples were dissolved in water, glass crucible after filtration, the residue was dried and weighed, measured insoluble content.
4 Reagents
Unless otherwise indicated in the analysis using only recognized as analytical reagents and GB/T 6682-2008 specified tertiary water.
5 Instruments
5.1 Ovens. to adjust the temperature of 110 ℃ ± 2 ℃.
5.2 No. 3 glass crucible.
Step 6 Analysis
Weigh 10g crushed to 2mm or less homogeneous samples, weighing accuracy 0.001g, placed in 400mL beaker, add 150mL water,
Stirring constantly heated to near boiling the sample is completely dissolved, after 10min standing, with 110 ℃ was dried and weighed pad quantitative filter paper
Glass crucible by suction, pouring the solution, and the insolubles washed 2 to 3 times, and then the insolubles were all transferred to a crucible, and the filtrate was washed until no chloride ion
Promoter (test with silver nitrate solution). Rinse the outer wall of the crucible, the crucible was placed in a thermostatic oven, the temperature was raised to 110 deg.] C, drying was continued 1h, remove,
Desiccator, cooled to room temperature and weighed. After each drying 30min weighing until the difference between the two depends on weighing no more than 0.0002g
To constant weight.
7 Results Calculation
Water-insoluble content in the sample to the mass fraction ω and its value as a percentage (%) expressed by the formula (1).
ω = m1-m2m × 100%
