Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB 12734-2003 "car timing belt." Compared with GB 12734-2003, except for editorial changes outside the main technology
Differences are as follows.
--- Modify the normative references (see.2003 edition Chapter 2, see Chapter 2);
--- Increased RU and YU models of automotive timing belt and provides the appropriate technical parameters (see Chapter 3, 6.5, Figure 14 and Table 13);
--- Increased structure and materials (see Chapter 5);
--- Modify the delivery status of the dorsal hardness value (see.2003 edition of Table 12, see Table 14);
--- Modify the oil hardness of the dorsal (see Table 12 of.2003, see Table 14);
--- Modify the tooth shear strength value (see Table 12 in.2003, see Table 14);
--- Increased the peak value and trough value of adhesive strength (see Table 14);
--- Modify the inspection rules (see.2003 versions 10.1 and 10.2, see 11.1 and 11.2).
This standard uses redrafted Law Amendment using ISO 9010.1997 "belt drive car band."
