Summary This standard specifies the number of columns of sensory analysis test sample in order of their overall impression of certain characteristics or be arranged. This standard applies to evaluate differences between samples, such as one or more of a sample (the difference in the evaluation sample a variety of sensory characteristics of strength, the organoleptic characteristics of each subject should be sorted by a different test) organoleptic characteristics strength, or evaluators of the sample overall impression. This method can be used to identify whether there are differences between the samples, but can not determine the extent of the difference between samples. The method specified in this standard applies to the following conditions: a) reviewers assessed include: sensory threshold training assessors and determination evaluators individual or group, b) Product Rating

Foreword

This standard is equivalent to international standards ISO 8587.2006 "Sensory analysis - Methodology Sorting" (Sensoryanalysis-Meth- odology-Ranking). For ease of use, this standard made the following editorial changes. a) "this International Standard" be replaced by "of this standard." b) with a decimal point "." instead of a comma as the decimal point "." c) Remove the preface to international standards. d) The standard formula appearing in numbered order to express more clearly. e) to 8.2.5 in the note to Note 3), in a more focused and clearer expression. f) A table in Appendix A. The first column 1 was appropriately split merge process, so test object more clearly. And Appendix B Appendix C based on the analysis of test steps, divided into pieces, numbered and listed according to the content of each of the title, to express more Clear and easy to understand. This standard replaces GB/T 12315-1990 "Sensory Analysis Sorting." This standard compared with GB/T 12315-1990, heavy Major technical content changes are. --- To adopt international standards for the subject of the original deal with different version of the standard reference to the use of ISO 8587. 1988, equivalent to using the new standard ISO 8587.2006; --- Increased by Spearman correlation coefficient evaluators judge individual performance and group performance evaluation test using Page technology content; --- Distinguish the difference between the results of different experimental design and interpretation of the expression, such as complete block design and balanced incomplete block design, LSD different formulas to calculate the least significant difference values; --- Expressly required purpose test different test conditions, such as evaluators level, the number of reviewers and statistical methods can be employed. Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix, Appendix B, Appendix C, Appendix D is an informative annex. This standard is proposed and managed by China National Institute of Standardization. 1 Scope

This standard specifies a series of sensory analysis test sample in the order of properties or the overall impression will be arranged. This standard applies to evaluate differences between samples, such as the intensity of a particular sample or more 1) organoleptic properties, or evaluators of the sample Overall impression. This method can be used to identify whether there are differences between the samples, but can not determine the extent of the difference between samples. 1) When the difference evaluation sample a variety of sensory characteristics of strength, each of the sensory characteristics of the subject should be sorted, which is checked by different tests, the same The sample is compiled on a different encoding, in a different order to the same reviewers. The method specified in this standard applies to the following conditions. a) reviewers assessed include. training of assessors and the measurement sensory threshold evaluators individual or group; b) Product Evaluation. 1) Before descriptive analysis or preference test, the sample initial screening; 2) In describing sexual preference testing and analysis to determine due to the raw materials, processing, packaging, storage and test sample diluted sequence Different products on one or more sensory index level of intensity; 3) When a preference test, to determine the order of preference.
