Introduction
Integrate and revise a series of national standards for the determination of sulfur compounds in natural gas, making it easier for analysts to choose their own standard method
Method, and is conducive to strengthening the coordination and unification between the standards, making the analysis methods more coordinated and supporting. Based on science and technology
New developments and the active use of advanced technologies and operating methods to enrich the series of standards have also made the series of standards more advanced. According to the method in use
Appropriate amendments to the problems found in this document can promote the adaptability, effectiveness and operability of the standard.
The national mandatory standard GB 17820 "Natural Gas" stipulates the content of hydrogen sulfide and total sulfur. Around the sulfur compounds in natural gas
The GB/T 11060 "Determination of Sulfur Compounds in Natural Gas" series of standards has issued 12 parts.
a) There are 5 standards for the determination of hydrogen sulfide content.
---Part 1.Determination of hydrogen sulfide content by iodometry;
---Part 2.Determination of hydrogen sulfide content by methylene blue method;
---Part 3.Determination of hydrogen sulfide content using lead acetate reaction rate dual optical path detection method;
---Part 11.Determination of hydrogen sulfide content by the color length detection tube method;
--- Part 12.Determination of hydrogen sulfide content by laser absorption spectroscopy.
b) There are 4 standards for the determination of total sulfur content.
---Part 4.Determination of total sulfur content by oxidative microcoulometry;
---Part 5.Determination of total sulfur content by hydrogenolysis-rate meter colorimetry;
---Part 7.Determination of Total Sulfur Content by Ringer's Combustion Method;
---Part 8.Determination of total sulfur content by ultraviolet fluorescence photometry;
Among them, Part 7 "Determination of Total Sulfur Content by Lingonian Combustion Method" adopts the international standard ISO 6326-5.1989 "Natural Gas Sulfur Content"
Determination of Compounds Part 5.Determination of Total Sulfur Content by Ringer's Combustion
Repealed in.2019, and subsequently China also abolished GB/T 11060.7-2011 ``Determination of Natural Gas Sulfur Compounds Part 5.Forest Use
Gnat Combustion Method for Determination of Total Sulfur Content."
c) There is 1 standard for the determination of mercaptan sulfur content.
---Part 9.Determination of mercaptan sulfur content by iodometry.
d) There are 1 standards that can determine the content of hydrogen sulfide, mercaptan sulfur and carbon oxysulfide.
--- Part 6.Potentiometric determination of hydrogen sulfide, mercaptan sulfur and carbon sulfur oxide content.
e) There are 1 standards that can determine the content of various sulfur compounds in natural gas.
--- Part 10.Determination of sulfur compounds by gas chromatography.
While this standard can simultaneously determine the content of various sulfur compounds in natural gas, it also stipulates that the sulfur content of different sulfur compounds
The amount is added to get the total sulfur content.
Determination of sulfur compounds in natural gas
Part 10.Determination of Sulfur Compounds by Gas Chromatography
1 Scope
This document specifies the principles, instruments, sampling and injection, calibration, analysis, precision, and measurement of sulfides in natural gas by gas chromatography.
testing report.
This document is applicable to the measurement of hydrogen sulfide, carbonyl sulfide, C1-C4 alkyl mercaptans, tetrahydrothiophene (THT), sulfur compound content, and total sulfur.
Determined, the measurement range. 0.1mg/m3 ~ 600mg/m3.
Note. The different detection methods in the appendix can be selected according to the situation of the sample. With different detection methods, the components and concentrations of sulfur compounds that can be measured will vary
different.
