Foreword
This standard replaces GB/T 10649-1989 "trace element premix feed mixing uniformity determination."
This standard compared with GB/T 10649-1989 main changes are as follows.
--- Standard name changed to "Determination of trace elements in pre-mixed feed mixing uniformity";
--- Increased the preamble;
--- An increase in the standard scope of "This standard specifies the trace element premix feed mixing uniformity measurement method" of
description;
--- Normative references section added for sample preparation of the new national standard reference;
--- Added "to differentiate samples of the same batch of iron content to reflect the degree of homogeneity of the measured product" described in principle in;
--- Of written expression, sample preparation, content determination step were partially modified;
--- According to GB/T 20001.4 feature requires rewriting the standard sections.
This standard by the National Standardization Technical Committee Feed Industry and focal points.
This standard was drafted. Jiangnan University.
The main drafters of this standard. Xiezheng Jun, Xu Xueming, Yuan Xinhua, Zhu Jianping, Zhao Jianwei.
This standard replaces the standards previously issued as follows.
--- GB/T 10649-1989.
Determination of trace elements in the feed mixing uniformity of pre-mixed
1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determination of trace elements in pre-mixed feed mixing uniformity.
This standard applies to iron salts of trace elements detected pre-mixed feed mixing uniformity.
2 Normative references
The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this standard and become the standard terms. For dated references, subsequent
Amendments (not including errata content) or revisions do not apply to this standard, however, encourage the parties to the agreement are based on research
Whether the latest versions of these documents. For undated reference documents, the latest versions apply to this standard.

Principle 3
Law will be restored by hydroxylamine hydrochloride sample into two liquid iron ferric ions, and then with reagent phenanthroline morpholine reacts orange-red envelope
Compound by colorimetric determination of iron in iron content of the difference sample of the same batch to reflect the degree of homogeneity of the measured product.
4 Reagents
The following reagents, unless otherwise stated, were of analytical grade. Distilled water, in line with the provisions of three water GB/T 6682's.
4.1 of concentrated hydrochloric acid.
4.2 hydroxylamine hydrochloride solution (100g/L). Weigh 10g of hydroxylamine hydrochloride dissolved in water, then diluted with water to 100mL, shake, stored in brown
Vial and placed in the refrigerator.
4.3 acetate buffer solution (pH about 4.5). Weigh 8.3g of anhydrous sodium acetate is dissolved in water and adding 12mL of glacial acetic acid and water
Diluted to 100mL, shake.
4.4 phenanthroline morpholino solution (1g/L). Weigh 0.1g phenanthroline morpholine dissolved in water for about 80mL80 ℃, and diluted with water after cooling to
100mL, shake, stored in a brown bottle and placed in the refrigerator.
5. Apparatus
5.1 Analysis of balance. a sense of the amount of 0.1mg.
5.2 Spectrophotometer. with a 1cm cuvette.
6 Sampling
6.1 This Law shall separately collect and process the required sample.
6.2 Each batch of feed extracted 10 representative of the original sample, the number of each sample 50g ~ 100g. Sample collection should be considered on behalf of the
Table, but each sample concentration by sampling one o'clock. Sampling does not allow any turning or remix.
7 Sample Preparation
Preparation of samples should be GB/T 20195 performed. Each of the above samples in the laboratory mix thoroughly weighed 1g ~ 10g
(In Chapter 8 in the test solution absorbance values \u200b\u200bprevail within 0.2 to 0.8) samples were measured.
