This section GB/T 10574 Part 7.
This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This Part replaces GB/T 10574.7-2003 "tin-lead solder chemical analysis method Part 7. Determination of silver," and
GB/T 10574.7-2003 compared to the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Increasing the normative references;
--- Method 1 in Chapter 1 of the measurement range from "0.0010% to 0.500%" to "0.0020% to 0.500%";
--- 3.5.4 Solubility method from the "hydrobromide decomposition, with hydrochloric acid - hydrobromic acid separation of the matrix elemental tin and hydrochloric acid - hydrogen peroxide solution" system
A combination of "hydrobromic acid, hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide dissolved sample";
--- 3.7 Precision from the "allowable difference" to "repeatability and reproducibility."
--- Chapter 4 potassium thiocyanate potentiometric titration instead of thiocyanate titration.

3 Method 1 Flame atomic absorption spectrometry
3.1 Method summary
The sample was dissolved with hydrobromic acid, hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide, tin was separated by volatilization with hydrochloric acid-hydrobromic acid, and air-acetylene
Flame, in the atomic absorption spectrometer wavelength of 328.1nm at the determination of silver absorbance.
3.2 Reagents
Unless otherwise specified, only reagents identified as analytically pure and distilled or deionized water or rather pure water are used in the assay.
3.2.1 Hydrobromic acid (p = 1.48 g/mL).
3.2.2 Hydrochloric acid (p = 1.19 g/mL).
3.2.3 Nitric acid (p = 1.42 g/mL).
3.2.4 Hydrogen peroxide (30%, commercially available).
3.2.5 Hydrochloric acid (1 4).
3.2.6 Nitric acid (13).
