GB 7300 "feed additives" is divided into several parts by product.
This section is Part.201 of GB 7300.
This section is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This section replaces GB/T 19422-2003 "feed additive L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate", compared with GB/T 19422-2003
The main technical changes are as follows.
--- Increased product specifications (see 3.2);
--- Increased the L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate ester content item index, which is set to 95% ~ 110% of the indicated amount (see 3.4);
--- Increased the indicator of the ratio of L-ascorbic acid-2-monophosphate to L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate (see 3.4);
--- Increased the total phosphorus index (see 3.4);
--- Modify the total arsenic content ≤5.0 (mg/kg) to ≤2.0 (mg/kg) (see 3.4, 3.2 of the.2003 version);
--- Modify the lead content ≤30.0 (mg/kg) to ≤10.0 (mg/kg) (see 3.4, 3.2 of the.2003 version).

1 Scope
This part of GB 7300 specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and requirements for feed additive L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate ester salt.
Labeling, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life.
This section applies to the L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate ester prepared by the reaction of L-ascorbic acid with metaphosphate (sodium, calcium, magnesium, etc.).

3 Technical requirements
3.1 Appearance and properties
This product is off-white or light yellow powder.
3.2 Product Specifications
Product specifications can be determined according to contract requirements, but the content of L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate ester (as L-ascorbic acid) must not be less than 35%.
3.3 Identification
Should meet the maximum ultraviolet absorption wavelength of L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate ester, or the characteristics of the chemical reaction described in 4.4.
3.4 Technical indicators
The technical indicators shall meet the requirements in Table 1.
