Foreword
This standard replaces GB 7098-2003 "canned mushroom hygiene standards", GB 11671-2003 "fruit, vegetables, canned health standards"
GB 13100-2005 "canned meat hygiene standards" and GB 14939-2005 "Canned fish health standards."
This was compared with the standard instead of the standard, the main changes are as follows.

1 Scope
This standard applies to canned food.
This standard does not apply to infants and young children canned food supplements.
2 Terms and definitions
2.1 Canned Food
Fruit, vegetables, edible mushrooms, meat, poultry, aquatic animals as raw materials, processing, canning, sealing, heat sterilization process and other processes

3.6.1 Use of food additives should comply with the provisions of GB 2760.
