Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1:1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"
Drafting:
This document replaces GB 6514-2008 "Safety Regulations for Painting Operations: Safety of Painting Processes and Ventilation and Purification" and GB 7692-2012
"Safety Regulations for Painting Operations: Safety of Pre-painting Treatment Processes and Ventilation and Purification", consistent with GB 6514-2008 and GB 7692-2012
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) Added the terms and definitions of “individual ventilation” (see 3:7) and “circulating air” (see 3:8);
b) Deleted the fire hazard classification of painting workplaces, the allowable concentration of toxic substances in the air of painting workplaces, workplaces and indoor
External temperature difference limit, winter heating air temperature at the workplace, temperature of the auxiliary room in winter, hygienic characteristic level of the painting workplace
Various parameters of hygiene limits for noise levels in workplaces (see Tables 1 to 7 of GB 6514-2008);
c) The drying and curing content has been deleted (see 5:8 of GB 6514-2008);
d) Delete the liquid level control wind speed of various pre-treatment tanks, the cross-sectional wind speed determined by the volume of the shot blasting chamber, and the wind speed determined by the nozzle diameter:
Various parameters of emission (see Table 1, Table 2, and Table 3 of GB 7692-2012);
e) Added regulations on the safety of the air-mixed spraying process (see 6:4) and the ventilation of the paint mixing room (see 7:3:1):
