GB/T 5237 "Aluminum Alloy Building Profile" is divided into six parts.

Part 2. Anodized profiles
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 5237 specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, and anodized profiles.
Transportation, storage and quality certificates and order forms (or contracts).
This section applies to aluminum alloy hot extruded profiles (hereinafter referred to as profiles) for surface anodizing, electrolytic coloring or dyeing.
Other aluminum alloy processed materials with the same application and surface treatment methods can also be referred to in this section.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 8005.3 apply to this document.

4 requirements
4.1 Product Classification
4.1.1 Grade, Status and Size Specifications
The grade, condition and size specifications shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 5237.1.
4.1.2 Surface texture types and characteristics
The surface texture types and characteristics are shown in Table 1.

4.2 Quality Assurance
4.2.1 Process

4.2.2 Raw materials
Refer to A.2 for the quality of the substrate, the quality of the anodizing surface treatment chemicals and additives.
4.3 Chemical composition
The chemical composition should meet the requirements of GB/T 5237.1.
4.4 Mechanical properties
Mechanical properties should meet the requirements of GB/T 5237.1.
4.5 Dimensional deviation
Dimensional deviation (including the film layer) shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 5237.1.
4.6 Film properties
4.6.1 Film thickness
The average film thickness and local film thickness of the film layer are to comply with the requirements of Table 3. The film thickness level should be indicated in the order form (or contract), if not specified,

4.6.2 Color difference
The color should be basically the same as the swatch agreed by the supplier and the buyer, or in the range of colors defined by the upper and lower color scales agreed by the supplier and the buyer.
Inside. When using the instrument method, the allowable color difference value shall be agreed between the supplier and the buyer and specified in the order form (or contract).
4.6.3 Sealing quality
After the sealing quality test, the mass loss value should be no more than 30mg/dm2.
4.6.4 Abrasion resistance
The abrasion resistance can be measured by a falling sand test or a spray grinding test. When using the falling sand test, the average sand consumption per micron film thickness is not less than
330g; when using the spray test, the average wear time per micron film thickness is not less than 3.5s. The test method used for wear resistance shall be on both the supply and demand sides.
Agreed, and stated in the order form (or contract), if not specified, according to the falling sand test.
4.6.5 Salt spray corrosion resistance
The salt spray resistance of the film shall comply with the requirements of Table 4.

4.6.6 Weather resistance
4.6.6.1 UV resistance
After the UV resistance test, the surface color change of the visual sample shall not be greater than the degree of discoloration agreed between the supplier and the buyer.
4.6.6.2 Natural weather resistance
When the demander has requirements for natural weatherability, the test conditions and acceptance criteria shall be agreed between the supplier and the buyer and specified in the order form (or contract).
4.6.7 Other
When the demand side has requirements for other performances, the supplier and the buyer shall refer to GB/T 8013.1 for specific agreement and indicate in the order form (or contract).
4.7 Appearance quality
The surface of the profile is not allowed to have defects such as electric burns and film peeling, but it is allowed to be partially film-free within 80 mm from the end of the profile.
5 Test methods
5.1 Chemical composition
The chemical composition analysis method is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 5237.1. The surface layer of the sample should be removed before the test.
5.2 Mechanical properties
The test method of mechanical properties is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 5237.1.
5.3 Dimensional deviation
The method for detecting the dimensional deviation is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 5237.1.
5.4 Film properties
5.4.1 Film thickness
According to the measurement principle specified in GB/T 8014.1, the eddy current method in GB/T 4957 or the microscope method in GB/T 6462 is used.

5.4.2 Color difference
According to the provisions of GB/T 12967.6.
5.4.3 Sealing quality
According to the provisions of GB/T 8753.1.
5.4.4 Wear resistance

5.4.5 Salt spray corrosion resistance
Carry out the CASS test according to the provisions of GB/T 12967.3, and after the test time specified in Table 4, evaluate the test according to the provisions of GB/T 6461.

5.4.6 Weather resistance
5.4.6.1 UV resistance
According to the provisions of GB/T 12967.4, the test time is 300h.
5.4.6.2 Natural weather resistance
According to the provisions of GB/T 9276.

5.4.7 Other

5.5 Appearance quality
The appearance quality is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 12967.6.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection and acceptance
6.1.1 The profile shall be inspected by the supplier to ensure that the quality of the profile complies with the provisions of this part or the order form (or contract) and fill in the quality certificate.

6.1.2 The purchaser may inspect the received profile in accordance with the provisions of this section. Inspection results and provisions of this part or order form (or contract)

6.4.2 The supplier shall conduct at least one periodic inspection every three years.

6.6 Determination of test results
6.6.1 When the chemical composition of any sample is unqualified, when the profile can distinguish the melting time, the melting point represented by the sample is judged to be unqualified, and the other melting times are determined.
Sub-test, qualified delivery. If the melting time cannot be distinguished, the batch is judged to be unqualified.
6.6.2 If the mechanical properties of any of the specimens are unqualified, double the number of specimens from the batch of specimens shall be taken for repeated tests and repeated tests.
If all the results are satisfactory, the batch is judged to be qualified. If the test results are still unsatisfactory, the batch is judged to be unqualified. Supply and demand double

6.6.8 If the salt spray corrosion resistance of any of the samples is unqualified, the batch is judged to be unqualified.
6.6.9 If the weather resistance of any of the samples is unqualified, the batch is judged to be unqualified.
6.6.10 If the performance of other layers of any of the samples is unqualified, the batch is judged to be unqualified.
6.6.11 If the appearance quality of any of the samples is unqualified, the root is judged to be unqualified.
6.6.12 When the results of the periodic inspection are unqualified, the supplier shall deal with the quality of the substrate, the quality of the chemical agents and additives used in the anodizing surface treatment, and the workmanship.
Art, etc. will be re-evaluated and re-inspected until qualified.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificate
