1 General 1.0.1 In order to strengthen the management of data center infrastructure projects, standardize construction and acceptance requirements, and ensure project quality, this specification is formulated. 1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the construction and acceptance of new, rebuilt and expanded data center infrastructure in land buildings. 1.0.3 The construction and acceptance of data center infrastructure shall not only comply with this specification, but also comply with the current relevant national standards. 2 terms 2.0.1 data center data center This specification refers specifically to places where electronic information system equipment is placed in a centralized manner and fully utilized, and where a normal operating environment can be guaranteed. It can be a building or a part of it, including the main engine room, auxiliary area, support area and administrative management area, etc. 2.0.2 concealed project This specification refers specifically to invisible projects under the ground, above the suspended ceiling, under the raised floor, inside the wall or covered by decorative materials. 2.0.3 Electromagnetic shielding enclosure This specification refers specifically to architectural space bodies used to attenuate electromagnetic field energy from the outside or inside. 2.0.4 infrastructure infrastructure This specification specifically refers to air conditioning and fresh air, power and lighting configuration, lightning protection, system grounding, fire protection and safety guarantee, information network and wiring, and system Monitoring, water supply and drainage and other facilities.

3 basic rules

3.1 Construction requirements 3.1.1 The construction unit shall construct according to the approved design documents, and design changes shall be notified with an approved design change. 3.1.2 The safety and fire protection measures, labor and environmental protection measures during construction shall comply with the current relevant national standards. 3.1.3 The construction site is not suitable for water operations. If it is unavoidable, protection should be done, and the construction site should be cleaned up in time when the operation is over. 3.1.4 For rooms with air dust concentration requirements, measures should be taken to ensure the cleanliness of materials, equipment and construction sites during construction. 3.1.5 For the construction of reconstruction and expansion projects, if the original building structure needs to be changed and the original design load needs to be changed, the design documents for confirming the load must be available. 3.1.6 The construction materials, equipment and articles stacked indoors shall be neat and orderly, and shall be marked and recorded. 3.1.7 The weight of construction materials, equipment and articles stacked indoors shall not exceed the load of the floor where they are stacked. 3.1.8 Before the construction of the concealed project is completed, the remaining construction materials and sundries should be inspected and cleaned up, and the closure can only be carried out after passing the acceptance inspection, and there should be on-site construction records and corresponding image data. 3.1.9 During the construction process or before the completion acceptance of the project, the protection of equipment, materials and devices shall be done well. 4.1 General provisions 4.1.1 The interior decoration of the data center shall include the construction and acceptance of suspended ceilings, partition walls, floors, raised floors, interior walls, ceilings, columns, doors and windows, etc. 4.1.2 The construction of interior decoration should be carried out in the order from top to bottom and from inside to outside. 4.1.3 The control of indoor environmental pollution and the selection of decoration materials should be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Control of Indoor Environmental Pollution in Civil Construction Engineering" GB 50325. 4.1.4 The construction environment conditions of each type of work shall meet the requirements of the product specification of construction materials. 4.2 Ceiling 4.2.1 The position of the fixing part of the suspension point shall be determined according to the design elevation and installation position. 4.2.2 The material, specification, installation clearance and connection method of the boom and keel shall meet the design requirements. Pre-embedded suspenders or preset steel plates should be completed before ceiling construction. The metal hanging parts without anti-rust treatment should be derusted and should be coated with anti-rust paint no less than twice. 4.2.3 The dust-proof coating on the surface of the inner space of the suspended ceiling shall meet the design requirements and shall not be peeled or cracked. 4.2.4 The fireproof, thermal insulation and sound-absorbing materials laid on the suspended ceiling shall meet the design requirements, the encapsulation shall be tight, there shall be no obvious gaps between the plates, and the fixation shall be firm. 4.2.5 The installation and construction of joists and ceiling panels shall comply with the current national standard "Building Decoration". The relevant provisions of GB 50210 "Code for Acceptance of Engineering Quality" and shall meet the requirements of the product specification. 4.2.6 The surface of the ceiling board should be flat, the edges should be neat, and the color should be consistent. The pattern or layout should meet the design requirements, and there should be no defects such as discoloration, warping, defects, cracks, and corrosion. 4.2.7 The connection between the suspended ceiling and the wall, cylinder, and curtain box should meet the design requirements, and should be tight and beautiful. 4.2.8 All kinds of equipment and devices installed on the ceiling should be closely overlapped with the surface of the ceiling. 4.2.9 The construction and acceptance of the concealed work on the ceiling should be completed before installing the ceiling board. 4.2.10 For floors without suspended ceilings, dust-proof coating and thermal insulation treatment shall be carried out according to the design. 4.3 Partition walls 4.3.1 The partition walls installed in the data center shall include non-load-bearing lightweight partition walls and solid partition walls such as metal veneer partition walls, light steel keel partition walls and glass partition walls. 4.3.2 The partition wall should be marked and positioned according to the design requirements before construction. 4.3.3 The quality of the main material of the partition wall shall meet the following requirements. 1 The surface of all kinds of decorative panels should be flat and the edges should be neat, and there should be no defects such as dirt, missing corners, warping, peeling, cracks, glue opening, scratches, discoloration and obvious color difference; 2 The glass surface should be smooth without obvious defects, and the edges should be straight without missing corners and cracks. 4.3.4 The installation of light steel keel partition walls shall meet the following requirements. 1 The position of the keel along the ground, along the top and along the wall of the partition wall should be accurate, and the installation should be firm; 2 The installation of the vertical keel and the horizontal through keel shall meet the requirements of the design and product specification; 3 The installation of partition walls with fire resistance limit requirements shall meet the following requirements. 1) The length of the vertical keel should be 30mm less than the height of the partition wall, and an expansion joint of 15mm should be formed up and down; 2) The partition board should be laid parallel to the vertical keel; 3) The joints of the two wall panels of the partition wall shall not be on the same keel. When installing double-layer wall panels, the joints between the surface layer and the base layer shall not be on the same keel. 4 The variety and specifications of materials filled in the partition wall shall meet the design requirements, and shall be full, dense and uniform. 4.3.5 The installation of non-flame retardant decorative panel partition walls shall meet the following requirements. 1 The inner surface of the lining should be treated with fire protection; 2 The adhesive should be determined according to the performance of the decorative panel or the requirements of the product specification; 3 The adhesive should be fully coated and uniform; 4 The bonding of the veneer should be firm, and the seam pattern should meet the design requirements. 4.3.6 The installation of metal veneer partition walls shall meet the following requirements. 1 There should be no indentation, scratches, pollution, discoloration and rust on the surface of the metal veneer, and there should be no deformation at the end of the interface; 2 It is not advisable to remove the protective film before completion acceptance; 3 When the partition wall does not reach the top, the upper keel shall be fixed with the ceiling or beams and columns according to the design requirements; 4 The board surface should be straight, and the joint width should be uniform and consistent. 4.3.7 The installation of glass partitions shall meet the following requirements. 1 The variety, model, specification and material of glass support materials shall meet the design requirements; 2 The surface of the support material should be smooth, free from dirt and scratches; 3 When the partition wall does not reach the top, the upper keel shall be fixed with the ceiling or beams and columns according to the design requirements; 4 The notch for installing glass should be clean, and the lower notch should be lined with soft materials; 5 The sealant poured between the glass or between the glass and the buckle should be full, uniform and beautiful; 6.The stuffed elastic sealing strips should be firm and tight without bulges and leaks; 7.Clear signs should be pasted on the glass before completion acceptance. 4.3.8 The installation of fireproof glass partition walls shall meet the following requirements. 1 The fireproof glass and framework materials shall meet the design requirements; 2 In addition to complying with the relevant provisions of Article 4.3.7 of this code, the installation shall also comply with the requirements of the product manual. 4.3.9 The connection gap between the partition wall and other walls and columns shall be filled with flame-retardant sealing materials. 4.3.10 The brickwork of the solid partition wall shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Masonry Structure Engineering" GB 50203, and the plastering and finishing shall comply with the current national standard "Code for Quality Acceptance of Building Decoration Engineering" There are provisions in GB 50210. 4.4 Ground 4.4.1 The ground construction of the data center shall include the following. 1 Ground treatment of the original building; 2 The laying of surface materials such as decorative bricks, stones, carpets, etc. in rooms without raised floors; 3 Coating dust-proof and moisture-proof paint; 4 Anti-static ground construction. 4.4.2 The ground construction should be carried out after the completion of concealed works, ceiling works, plastering works on walls and cylinders. 4.4.3 Ground construction The moisture-proof layer or insulation layer laid according to the design requirements should be uniform, smooth, firm and seamless. 4.4.4 The laying of facing bricks, stones, carpets and other surface materials shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Quality Acceptance of Building Decoration Engineering" GB 50210. 4.4.5 The dust-proof coating on the cement floor shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Quality Acceptance of Building Decoration Engineering" GB 50210. 4.4.6 The self-leveling floor construction shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Technical Specifications for Epoxy Resin Self-Leveling Ground Engineering" GB/T 50589. 4.4.7 The anti-static ground construction shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Anti-static Engineering" GB 50944. 4.5 Raised floors 4.5.1 The laying of the access floor shall be carried out after other interior decoration construction and equipment base installation are completed. 4.5.2 The building ground should be dry, hard, flat and free from dust. The surface of the original building in the space under the access floor shall be cleaned and coated with dustproof coating, and the coated surface shall not be peeled or cracked. 4.5.3 Before the raised floor is laid, it should be laid out accurately according to the design elevation and position. The minimum width of a single floor along the wall should not be less than 1/4 of the side length of the entire floor. 4.5.4 When laying the access floor, the level should be adjusted at any time. When encountering obstacles or irregular walls and cylinders, it should be cut according to the actual size, and supporting parts should be added at the corresponding positions. 4.5.5 When laying vent floor and open floor, the cutting surface of the floor cut on site should be smooth and free of burrs, and should be treated with fire prevention and dust prevention. 4.5.6 The varieties and specifications of thermal insulation materials laid on the ground of the original building shall meet the design requirements, and the laying shall be tight, smooth and firmly bonded. 4.5.7 During the process of moving, storing and installing the access floor, the decorative surface and corners should be well protected, and the decorative surface should be kept clean. 4.5.8 When installing equipment on a raised floor, the floor finish should be protected. 4.6 Interior walls, ceilings and columns 4.6.1 The treatment of interior walls, ceilings and cylinders shall include surface coating, pasting of wallpaper and fabrics, installation of decorative panels, paving and pasting of materials such as decorative bricks or stones. 4.6.2 The plastering construction in the project shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard GB 50210 "Code for Quality Acceptance of Architectural Decoration Works". 4.6.3 Surface coating, wallpaper or fabric pasting, decorative brick or stone and other materials should be pasted after the completion of the concealed work on the wall and before the installation of the ceiling board and the laying of the raised floor. 4.6.4 The paving and construction quality of surface coating, wallpaper or fabric paste, decorative brick or stone and other materials shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Quality Acceptance of Building Decoration Engineering" GB 50210. 4.6.5 The installation of the metal veneer should be firm, straight and stable, and a gap of more than 50mm should be reserved between the wall and the cylinder, and it should comply with the relevant provisions of Article 4.3.6 of this code. 4.6.6 The installation of other decorative panels shall be carried out in accordance with Article 4.3.5 of this specification, and shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Quality Acceptance of Building Decoration Engineering" GB 50210. 4.7 Doors, windows and others 4.7.1 Doors and windows and other constructions shall include the manufacture and installation of doors and windows, door and window covers, curtain boxes, heating covers, skirting boards, etc. 4.7.2 The following checks should be carried out before installing doors and windows. 1 The variety, specifications, functions, dimensions, opening direction, flatness and appearance quality of doors and windows should meet the design requirements, and the accessories should be complete; 2 The position, size and installation surface structure of door and window openings shall meet the design requirements. 4.7.3 The transportation and storage of doors and windows shall comply with the following regulations. 1 Wooden doors and windows should be protected from moisture, and must not be bruised, stained or exposed to the sun; 2 The ambient temperature for installation and storage of plastic-steel doors and windows should be lower than 50°C; 3 The storage place of plastic-steel doors and windows should be kept away from heat sources; 4 When the ambient temperature is lower than 0°C, plastic steel doors and windows should be placed at room temperature for 24 hours before installation; 5 The protective film of aluminum alloy, plastic steel and stainless steel doors and windows shall not be damaged before acceptance; 6.When transporting and storing aluminum alloy, plastic steel, and stainless steel doors and windows, they should be placed stably and separated by soft materials; 7 Steel fire doors should not be unpacked before installation, and should be stored in a clean and dry place without abrasion and corrosion. 4.7.4 The installation of various doors shall comply with the following regulations. 1 The installation position should meet the design requirements, and should be flat and firm; 2 The opening and closing direction should meet the design requirements; 3 The joint between the sliding door and the door frame should be tight and the sliding can be flexible; 4 The joint between the casement door and the door frame should be tight and open and close freely; 5 The gap between the free door and the door frame should be consistent. 4.7.5 The installation of glass shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of Article 4.3.7 of this code. 4.7.6 The gap between the door and window frame and the opening should be filled with elastic material and sealed with sealant. The seal should be tight, uniform and beautiful. 4.7.7 The installation of doors and windows shall not only comply with this specification, but also comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Quality Acceptance of Building Decoration Engineering" GB 50210. 4.7.8 The production and installation of door and window covers, curtain boxes, heating covers, skirting boards, etc. shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Quality Acceptance of Building Decoration Engineering" GB 50210.Its decorative surface should be smooth, smooth, consistent in color, straight in line, tight in joints, free of cracks, warping and damage. 4.8 Construction acceptance 4.8.1 The acceptance content and methods of the construction of suspended ceilings, partition walls, interior walls, ceilings and columns, doors and windows, curtain boxes, heating hoods, skirting boards, etc. The relevant provisions. 4.8.2 The acceptance content and method of ground construction shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard GB 50209 "Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Ground Works". 4.8.3 The acceptance content and method of self-leveling ground construction shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Technical Specifications for Epoxy Resin Self-Leveling Ground Engineering" GB/T 50589. 4.8.4 The acceptance content and method of the anti-static raised floor shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Anti-static Engineering" GB 50944. 4.8.5 Construction handover and acceptance shall comply with the relevant provisions of Article 3.3.2 of this code.

5 power distribution system

5.1 General provisions 5.1.1 The construction and acceptance of the power distribution system of the data center shall include the construction and acceptance of electrical installations, lighting installations and distribution lines. 5.1.2 The construction and acceptance of the power distribution system of the data center shall not only comply with this specification, but also comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Electrical Engineering" GB 50303. 5.1.3 The electrical equipment and materials of the power distribution system shall comply with the national electrical product safety regulations and design requirements. Electrical equipment and materials shall be inspected and accepted on site, and there shall be inspection records and conclusions. 5.2 Electrical installation 5.2.1 The installation of electrical devices should be firm and reliable, clearly marked, clean inside and outside. The permissible deviation of installation verticality should be ±1.5‰; the installation height of similar electrical equipment should be consistent when there is no regulation in the design. 5.2.2 When the distribution box and cabinet are installed on the ground, a base should be provided. Before installation, check the internal wiring according to the wiring diagram. The movable base and the ground should be firmly installed. Distribution boxes, cabinets and bases should also be installed firmly. 5.2.3 Surface-mounted electrical equipment and devices shall meet the following requirements. 1 The surface-mounted junction box and junction box should be neat and kept on the same level, and should be firmly installed on the working surface. After installation, there should be no residue in the box. The cover should be neat and tight. 2 The concealed junction box and junction box should be installed firmly, and the cover should be close to the installation work surface. After installation, there should be no residue in the box. 5.2.4 Switches and sockets should be installed according to the designed positions, and the wiring should be correct and firm. The uninterruptible power socket shall have a distinct shape or color from other power sockets. 5.2.5 When industrial connectors are used as the power interface, each connector should be fixedly installed. 5.2.6 Maintenance access and space should be left when installing electrical devices in concealed spaces. 5.2.7 Special power distribution devices shall have effective and easy-to-observe marks, and relevant parameters such as frequency and voltage shall be indicated. When electronic information equipment is powered by DC power supply, the power distribution device should also have effective and easy-to-observe signs. 5.2.8 Before installing the uninterruptible power supply and its ancillary equipment, check parameters such as voltage, current, and input and output characteristics according to the information provided with the package, and install them after meeting the design requirements. The installation and wiring should be correct and firm. 5.2.9 The installation of battery packs should meet the requirements of the design and product technical documents. When the weight of the battery pack exceeds the floor load, reinforcement measures should be taken on the floor according to the design before installation. 5.2.10 For lead-acid batteries containing corrosive substances, protective measures such as wearing protective equipment and installing exhaust devices must be taken during installation. 5.2.11 The exposed battery busbars must be protected by installing insulating shields. 5.2.12 The base of the diesel generator should be firmly fixed. When installing a diesel generator, anti-vibration, noise reduction and smoke exhaust measures should be taken. Diesel generators should be subjected to continuous load trial operation, and can be delivered for use only after there is no fault. 5.2.13 The interlocking between the electrical device and each system should meet the design requirements, and the interlocking action should be correct. 5.2.14 The electrical devices should be connected correctly, and the power-on test should be carried out after checking that the wiring connections are correct. 5.3 Distribution lines 5.3.1 The connection between cable ends and distribution boxes and cabinets should be firm and reliable, and the lap length of the contact surface should not be less than the width of the lap surface. 5.3.2 Cable laying should meet the following requirements. 1 It should be laid after the insulation test is passed; 2.They should be neatly arranged, tightly bound, and clearly marked, and there must be no twisting, flattening, or breakage of the protective layer; 3 There should be a margin for the length of the cable at the termination; 4 At the turn, the bending radius of the laid cables shall comply with the provisions in Table 5.3.2; Table 5.3.2 Minimum Allowable Bending Radius of Cables 5.3.3 When cables are connected to distribution boxes and cabinets, the following regulations shall be met. 1 should be tied and fixed; 2 The bending radius of cables connected to distribution boxes and cabinets should be greater than the minimum allowable bending radius of cables; 3 The minimum allowable bending radius of cables shall meet the requirements in Table 5.3.2 of this code. 5.3.4 The laying of mineral cables shall meet the minimum bending radius requirements specified in Table 5.3.4.When laying in the following occasions, the cable should be laid in an S-shaped Ω or bend, and the bending radius should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable. 1 In the case of large temperature changes; 2 Occasions with vibration sources; 3 Between settlement joints or expansion joints of buildings. Table 5.3.4 Minimum allowable bending radius of mineral cables 5.3.5 When laying mineral cables, a gap not less than 2 times the outer diameter of the cables should be left between each cable. Immediately after the cable is sawn off, its ends should be temporarily blocked. 5.3.6 There should be a gap between the threading pipe in the partition wall and the wall panel, and the gap should not be less than 10mm. The equipment or devices installed on the partition wall should be neatly fixed on the additional keel, and the wall panels should not be stressed. 5.3.7 Cables should be numbered according to the design requirements, and the colors should meet the following requirements. 1 The protection line (PE line) should be yellow and green alternately; 2 The neutral wire (N wire) should be light blue; 3 The L1 phase wire should be yellow, the L2 phase wire should be green, and the L3 phase wire should be red. 5.3.8 The laying of cable trays, trunking and protective pipes shall comply with the design requirements and the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Electrical Engineering" GB 50303.When laying under the raised floor, the bottom of the cable tray or trunking should not be close to the ground. 5.4 Lighting device 5.4.1 The base of ceiling lamps should be close to the ceiling or roof, and the installation should be firm. 5.4.2 When the recessed lighting is installed, the lighting should be fixed on the special frame in the reserved hole (hole) of the ceiling board. The lamps should be hoisted separately, and the outer edge of the lamp frame should be close to the ceiling board. 5.4.3 The installation position of lamps should meet the design requirements, and they should be neat and beautiful when installed in rows. 5.4.4 The installation of special lamps shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Electrical Engineering" GB 50303. 5.5 Construction acceptance 5.5.1 Inspection and testing should include the following. 1 Inspection items should include the following. 1) Electrical installations, accessories and related technical documents should be complete; 2) The type, specification and installation method of the electrical device shall meet the design requirements; 3) The type, specification, laying method, phase sequence, continuity, marking, protection, etc. of the cable shall meet the design requirements; 4) Acceptance records of hidden projects; 5) Whether the model, specification, installation method, appearance quality, accuracy and flexibility of the switching action of the lighting device meet the design requirements. 2 The test items should include the following. 1) The correctness, response time and sequence of interlocking actions between electrical devices and other systems; 2) The correctness of the phase sequence of wires, cables and electrical devices; 3) The electrical insulation test of wires, cables and electrical devices shall meet the requirements of Table 5.5.1. Table 5.5.1 Electrical insulation resistance requirements 4) The starting time, output voltage, current and frequency of the diesel generator set; 5) The output voltage, current, waveform parameters and switching time of the uninterruptible power supply. 5.5.2 After passing the inspection and test specified in Article 5.5.1 of this code, it should be filled in according to Appendix A of this code, and should be submitted at the time of handover and acceptance. 5.5.3 Construction handover and acceptance shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.3.2 of this code.

6 Lightning protection and grounding system

6.1 General provisions 6.1.1 The construction and acceptance of the lightning protection and grounding system of the data center shall include the construction and acceptance of the lightning protection and grounding device and the grounding wire. 6.1.2 The construction and acceptance of the lightning protection and grounding system of the data center shall not only meet the design requirements, but also comply with the current national standards "Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Electrical Engineering" GB 50303, "Technical Specifications for Lightning Protection of Building Electronic Information System" GB 50343 and the relevant provisions of GB 50601 "Code for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Lightning Protection Projects for Buildings". 6.1.3 The equipment used in the construction of the lightning protection and grounding system of the data center shall comply with the relevant current national standards, and shall have inspection reports and qualification certificates. 6.2 Lightning protection and grounding device 6.2.1 The installation of surge protectors should meet the following requirements. 1 When installing a surge protector, the installation location and use environment should meet the technical requirements; 2 The installation should be firm, the wiring should be reliable, and the surge protection...
