This document replaces GB 4706.73-2008 "Safety of whirlpool bathtubs and whirlpool spa appliances for household and similar electrical appliances"
Compared with GB 4706.73-2008, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Added the terms and definitions for portable and mobile whirlpool spa appliances (see 3.5.1, 3.5.101);
b) Added the content of mobile whirlpool spa equipment (see 5.101);
c) Added the content of mobile whirlpool spa equipment (see 6.1);
d) Added requirements for Class I mobile whirlpool spa appliances (see 22.106);
e) Added requirements for mobile whirlpool spa appliances (see 25.1, 25.5, 25.7).

This document applies to single-phase appliances with a rated voltage not exceeding 250V and other appliances with a rated voltage not exceeding 480V intended for household use.
Or for indoor electric whirlpool bathtubs and whirlpool spa appliances in hotels, fitness centers and similar places.
This document also applies to appliances for producing a circulation of air or water in a conventional bathtub.
The equipment covered by this document presents reasonably foreseeable hazards that are encountered by all persons. However, in general, this document does not
