This document specifies the safety requirements for household freestanding stoves, cooktops, ovens and similar appliances.
This document applies to household stationary ovens with a rated voltage not exceeding 250V for single-phase appliances and 480V for other appliances.
Cookers, stoves, ovens and similar appliances.
This document also covers some requirements for ovens intended for use on board ships.
NOTE 101 Examples of appliances falling within the scope of this document are as follows.
